Shipping policy

IRUM Designskin is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. This Shipping and Return Policy outlines our guidelines for deliveries, returns, and exchanges, designed with clarity and convenience in mind.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method: We offer reliable international shipping via FedEx, UPS, Yamato(JP).
  • Shipping Area: We ship to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions may apply depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from South Korea.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Orders over USD 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
    • For orders under USD 50, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Time:
    • We aim to process and ship orders generally within 2~3 business days. This may be longer during peak seasons.
    • The average delivery time is 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and may be affected by factors outside of the Company's control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • Customs and Duties:
    • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
    • You will be charged for the estimated duties and taxes at the time of checkout. Once you have paid for these estimated duties and taxes, you will not be charged any further duties and taxes upon delivery.
    • The following are de minimis values for select countries and regions:
      • United States: USD 800
      • Canada: CAD 20
      • European Union: EUR 150
  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges. IRUM Designskin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Defected Goods: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at customercare@designskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and, upon receiving the returned item, issue a full refund or send a replacement.
  • Lost Goods: If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at customercare@designskin.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a full refund or reship your order.

Returns

  • Return Eligibility:
    1. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
    3. The following items are not eligible for return:
      • Customized or personalized phone cases and accessories
      • Items marked as final sale
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer support team at customercare@designskin.com to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    3. Our customer support team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
    4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The refund amount will be for the price of the returned item(s), minus the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.
  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped.
